Every year, parents from 30 communities throughout the Chicago area (see map) choose Solomon Schechter Day School to educate their children.  Our diverse community includes families who attend more than 40 synagogues and represent a wide spectrum of Jewish observance.  Our families originate from the United States, Israel, Chile, Argentina, Russia, Ethiopia, and more.  Our students and families value the richness and diversity of our Schechter community.
